Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy is for Washington residents, and for anyone whose consumer health data is collected in Washington, under Washington's My Health My Data Act. Borrowed Calm is a brand operated by VIEWSPIKE LLC.

Consumer health data we collect, why, and how we use it

Some of our courses end with an optional feedback form. If you choose to write about your physical or mental health in it, we collect what you write, along with the course it came from, a timestamp, and the first name and last initial you enter if you choose to show a name. We use it only to read and improve our courses. We do not publish any part of your feedback that describes your health.

Consumer health data we share, and with whom

We do not share or sell consumer health data with any third party or affiliate. Cloudflare stores our database as our service provider and processes it only on our instructions.

Your rights and how to use them

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data and to see it, to withdraw your consent, or to delete it. Send your request through our contact page, or write to: VIEWSPIKE LLC, 500 Cummings Center, Suite 6500, Beverly, MA 01915, United States. We do not store an email address with feedback, so tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said, and we will find it. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and take no more than 45 days more.

If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, or by sending a new message through our contact page with the word "appeal" in it. We will answer in writing within 45 days. If we still say no, we will tell you how to file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
